MANILA, Philippines - No less than 60 godparents were listed for Shayne, the 10-year-old daughter of Tina Paner, when she underwent a confirmation first week of February which also coincided with the girl’s 10th birthday held at a function room of Manila Hotel.
Tina and her daughter (above, left) came home end of last year from Barcelona, Spain, where they spent almost one decade. It was Shayne’s proud grandmother Daisy Romualdez (above, right, with Tina and Shayne, and Sen. Miriam Defensor-Santiago and husband Jun Santiago) who hosted the star-studded affair.
Among those present were Gloria Romero (below, rightmost), Sheryl Cruz and daughter Ashley (second and third from right) and Gov. Chavit Singson (seated).
While in Barcelona, Tina worked for a travel agency and accepted singing engagements every now and then.
