MANILA, Philippines - Soroptimist International of Malabon (SIM) president Jeannie Sandoval looks at an entry to the Department of Education (DepEd) Malabon City’s Mural Painting Contest (High School Category) held last Dec. 12, 2012. Sandoval represented SIM which is a member-organization of the Kalipunan ng mga Samahan sa Malabon (KASAMA) and served as one of the judges. The theme of the art competition is Rizalismo: Sandigan ng Kaunlaran, Kapayapaan at Pagkakaisa.
