Billy Crystal, Grizzly Bear on Letterman

MANILA, Philippines - Billy Crystal pays the Letterman set a visit to talk about his upcoming movie Parental Guidance, which hits theaters on Christmas Day. Crystal plays the role of a loving grandfather named Artie Decker who, together with his wife Diane, agrees to look after their three grandchildren when their parents leave town for work. The only problem is if his and Diane’s old school methods of babysitting will work on their 21st century grandkids.

The When Harry Met Sally star is also said to help cheer up Long Beach, which happens to be his hometown, after it had been struck by hurricane Sandy. Crystal will be hosting a private screening of his upcoming comedy film at Lynbrook Theater. The Emmy Award winner mentioned that some of his own family were among the victims of the superstorm. The movie will play at different times in all six screens at Lynbrook Theater, which has a total of about 1,400 seats. The actor also reprises his role as the voice of Mike Wazowski in the forthcoming movie Monsters University.

And don’t miss American rock band Grizzly Bear as it takes the stage and performs a song off of its current album Shields. Grizzly Bear has performed in the Coachella Music Festival of April 2007 and has been featured on popular TV series, such as The Gossip Girl and How I Met Your Mother with its hit single Two Weeks.
