MANILA, Philippines - Today marks the 33rd anniversary of the Friends for Cultural Concerns of the Philippines (FCCP), founded in 1979 for the nurture and development of young and talented Filipino artists. This occasion will be celebrated with a dinner-concert featuring internationally-acclaimed artist Lea Salonga, to be accompanied by the orchestra of her brother, Gerard.
