MANILA, Philippines - This month, half-Japanese, half-Irish American singer Marie Digby (photo) graces MYX as celebrity VJ. Marie’s popularity rose after her YouTube videos featuring simple covers of popular songs from various artists gained millions of views. To date, she has over 290,000 subscribers and the videos on her channel have amassed over 120 million views.
The pretty singer, songwriter, guitarist and pianist has also released three studio albums including one Japanese cover album and is slated to release a brand-new one this year. Her most recent album titled Your Love was recorded under Star Records which debuted her career here in the Philippines.
