'The most exciting of all women'

That was how Charito Solis was billed in LVN’s Krisalis (1957), where she played the title role. Indeed, Charito was at the peak of her beauty, flawless complexion, China-doll features, shapely figure. And a fine actress at that.

Written and directed by Susana C. de Guzman, Krisalis co-starred Nestor de Villa, Delia Razon, Jaime dela Rosa, Rebecca del Rio and Nita Javier.

‘We give you the bliss and the loveliness, the gentleness and listlessness of a woman in love as played by the most exciting of all women — Charito Solis in the title role.   — RKC
