MANILA, Philippines - It’s a busy next few months for Viva Artists Agency leading ladies Anne Curtis, Sarah Geronimo, KC Concepcion and Cristine Reyes.
Coming off her blockbuster concert debut Annebisyosa: No Other Concert, Anne is set to start work on a new teleserye with Kris Aquino and Robin Padilla. Titled Kailangan Ko’y Ikaw, the show will make her a fixture on the small screen two times a day. When it premieres during the primetime slot, viewers will see Anne every day at noontime (in the three-hour It’s Showtime!) and at night. In between those shows, she will also be seen in commercials as one of the top endorsers in the country. As though that’s not enough, Anne will also be on the road for the No Other Concert provincial and US tours.
Sarah starts working in a new TV program, Sarah G. Live!, a weekly musical talk show in the vein of Superstar and The Sharon Cuneta Show. It will be her first solo headliner and will showcase her skills as an all-around entertainer — singer, dancer and host. Sarah is also set to release another single from her current best-selling album, One Heart.
KC continues her sizzling comeback of sorts with a new talent show for ABS-CBN, the Philippine edition of the hit UK and US series X-Factor. The show will showcase the star’s knack for hosting that is currently on display in ASAP.
Cristine is set to return to evening primetime TV with a new teleserye, the follow-up to her top-rating afternoon soap Reputasyon that concluded its successful six-month run in December. The new soap is titled Nang Dahil Sa Pag-Ibig and will see her figuring in a thorny love triangle with leading men Piolo Pascual and Jericho Rosales. Cristine will also continue to be seen as a co-host and featured performer in ASAP.
