MANILA, Philippines – Entertainment Tonight is a daily tabloid-style entertainment news show syndicated by CBS Television Distribution throughout the US, Canada and many countries around the world. It is the longest-running entertainment news program, with its first broadcast on Sept. 14, 1981 and was the first syndicated program distributed via satellite.
It was announced on Jan. 30, 2006 that Entertainment Tonight has been renewed through the 2011–2012 season, which will be the show’s 31st season. On Sept. 8, 2008, Entertainment Tonight started airing in high definition with the move of the program from their longtime home at Stage 28 on the Paramount Pictures studio lot to Stage 4 at CBS Studio Center, one of the final steps involving the incorporation of Paramount’s former syndication arm, Paramount Domestic Television, into CBS’ distribution arms and the adoption of the CBS Television Distribution name, which took place following the breakup of the original Viacom in 2005.

He credits the support of long-time girlfriend Amy Miller and competitive swimming as the main reasons why he turned his life around. H e works part-time at the hospital where his single mother works. He has become the star swimmer of his high school team, and scouts from Stanford University are coming in a week’s time to watch Ben swim.
Ben has a new swim fan in Madison Bell, a recent transfer student in his high school. Despite Ben making it clear that he is in a relationship, Madison seduces him, and he succumbs. They agree later that their encounter was a one-time only event, but Ben slowly realizes that despite Madison’s assertions to the contrary, she has more in mind for him.
