Tatlong Kabanata sa Buhay Ko (1952) is said to be inspired by the three loves of director-actor-writer, portrayed by Danilo Montes. He had passionate affairs with three women, played by Anita Linda, Patria Plata and Amparo Karagdag.

Tatlong Kabanata sa Buhay Ko was the last three post-war movies of Amparo (Miss Luzon, but from Zamboanga), the other two were Lihim na Bayani and Magkapilas ng Langit.
