MANILA, Philippines - Buhay Party List Rep. Irwin Tieng (left) recently donated P2-M worth of medical travel packs to the municipality of Laua-an, Antique as part of his commitment to help small provincial towns. Receiving the donation was Mayor Aser Baladjay. Rep. Irwin also gave aids to the towns of Barbaza, Bugasong and Patnongon all in the province of Antique.
