MANILA, Philippines - Piolo Pascual and Ruffa Gutierrez were named Global Ambassadors of Century Properties at the official launch of its newest project and showroom, the Azure Urban Resort Residences, at the Pacific Star Building, Makati City.
Both will join the firm in its local and overseas efforts to reach out to millions of global Filipinos in sharing the value of real estate as a sound investment.
Piolo and Ruffa led the official launch of Century Properties’ Azure Urban Resort Residences and graced the grand opening of its showrooms. They unveiled a man-made beach at the showroom — a simulation of the man-made beach amenity that will be built at the actual Azure site.
A joint-venture project with the Columbian Motors Group of Companies, the Azure is a nine-building residential project rising on six-hectare prime property adjacent to SM Bicutan in Parañaque City. Unit reservations are being accepted for the first Azure building called The Rio, which will have 20 floors and a total of 756 residential units. Average price for a 27 sq.m. Rio unit is P1.8-M.
