MANILA, Philippines - On Feb. 10, 9 p.m., AMPR Consultancy, in cooperation with Metro Concert Bar, stages a pre-Valentine show featuring Sitti and Juris Fernandez.
Dubbed With SITTI, love enJURIS, the back-to-back show will see the country’s Queen of Bossa Nova and the Queen of Acoustic Pop rendering their signature songs and doing a repertoire specially for the season of love and romance.
Sitti considers Astrud Gilberto as one of her strong influences. Sitti released her CD Café Bossa in 2006 (certified double platinum) and followed it with release in 2007 and a bonus VCD. Her Sitti Live reached gold status.
Juris was the lead singer of M.Y.M.P. She is now a Star Records artist.
Proceeds of the concert will go to MarkProf Foundation. The event is sponsored by Ever Bilena, Panasonic and Acer Philippines.
