MANILA, Philippines - 2008 Mutya ng Pilipinas-International Jonavi Raisa Quiray is leaving on Dec. 14 for Kuala Lumpur to compete in the 2009 Miss Tourism International. Jonavi is a senior at the College of Architecture of Palawan State University.
The grand finals will be held on Dec. 31.
