MANILA, Philippines - Martha Joy, who recently released her self-titled album under Viva Records, performs in a special show at Resorts World Manila on Oct. 4 at 9 p.m. A Top 10 finalist in Canadian Idol (2007), Martha treats everyone to a night of music and world-class entertainment.
A repertoire of classical crossover, R&B and pop is expected from Martha who is trained by the best coaches in Toronto. She did her first concert in November, 2007 at the Toronto Centre for the Arts and signed with Viva Records last year.
The 18-year-old singer is fast becoming favorite among live audiences since she can sing in Spanish, Italian and Portuguese. Her first single is Dumating Ka.
Resorts World Manila is home to some of the upcoming world-class stars in the country, including half-Asians, half-Europeans who perform Friday and Saturday nights. The visually appealing group, the latest from the roster of Viva alents is composed of Lana, Kelly, Sara, Gail and Kristine.
