MANILA, Philippines - Sports enthusiasts and Sun Cellular subscribers were recently treated to a once-in-a lifetime experience when the world-famous basketball exhibition team the Harlem Globetrotters visited several Metro Manila malls for a day of unforgettable meet-and-greet, photo and autograph-signing opportunities and a chance to see their idols’ heart-pumping basketball moves.
Presented by C/S9, Basketball TV and Sun Cellular, the all-time favorite basketball entertainers demonstrated their creative ball-handling in a mini-exhibition at the SM North Edsa, Robinsons Galleria, SM Megamall, SM Manila, Trinoma Mall and Edsa Shangri-La Plaza Mall. The program also featured a question-and-answer portion about Sun Cellular where prizes were given away.
Another highlight of the Harlem Globetrotters’ mall tour was the meet-and-greet with Sun Cellular subscribers at the Sun Shop outlets.
Lucky new subscribers of the Sun Broadband Wireless (SBW) whose line applications were approved that day were rewarded with sports bottles personally signed by the Harlem Globetrotters members.
