MANILA, Philippines - Nikon Home Appliances recently celebrated its 24th year by holding a dealers’ night at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Over 100 Nikon appliances dealers gathered and enjoyed a night of songs and laughter with Ogie Alcasid, Jon Santos and Tuesday Vargas.
The event was hosted by Boy Abunda who happens to be its endorser. The company president Caroline Yao welcomed everybody. The night, Yao said, was created with love for its dealers who deserved a much-needed break from distress of the daily pressures of retail services. Operations in retail outlets, like manufacturing pay enormous attention to details to achieve success in the marketplace amidst global crisis. Last year, the affair’s highlight was a special awarding of its dealers. This year, however, the show was kept light and funny.
Also part of the festivities was an audio-visual presentation of Nikon new products, particularly the new version of its patented unique 2 in 1 Oval 4 way oscillation fan and water dispensers, including big motor industrial fans.
Fun and festivities continued as a sumptuous dinner was served, and entertainment switched to higher gear as comedians took center stage and gave the audience a hilarious evening to remember. Capping the night was the raffling off of a 3-night-all-expense paid trip to Bangkok. It was won by Gaisano Davao representative, Helen Alising.
