They’re leaving for the US third week of this month. Kris, along with co-star Claudine Barretto and director Chito Roño, will grace the premiere in L.A. and Hawaii of their Star Cinema movie Sukob, so Kris is busy taping advance episodes for her show Pilipinas Game KNB? while James has been practising and practising because he’s a contender for the Most Valuable Player (MVP) award, winner of which will be announced tonight.
"We’ll celebrate in the US," Kris told Funfare in a phone chat.
Star Cinema is footing the hotel bill for one night in L.A. and for two nights in Hawaii. Kris and James will then fly to Las Vegas for a grand wedding celebration. They’re booked at Four Seasons.
"It’s James’ gift to both of us," said Kris. "Our airline tickets naman are my gift to both of us."
Asked when they plan to have a baby (preferably a boy, according to James), Kris said, "Maybe next year."
