Fire razes 1 house in Busay

CEBU, Philippines — An afternoon fire razed one house and damaged another one in Sitio Maaslom, Barangay Busay, Cebu City yesterday.

The Bureau of Fire Protection received the alarm at 2:33 p.m. and put it under control at 3:18 p.m. Damage is pegged at P80,000.

Senior Fire Officer 2 Ramon Molina said the fire started at the house of a certain Crispin Lantar and short circuit due to electrical misuse is the cause of fire.

No one is reported injured during the blaze. (FREEMAN)
