Anti-dynasty rule ipatutupad ng Comelec sa Barangay, Sangguniang Kabataan polls
Ayon kay Comelec spokesman James Jimenez kailangan na ilagay ng mga SK candidates sa kanilang certificates of candidacy o COC na wala silang relasyon sa mga kasalukuyang barangay officials at elected government official.

MANILA, Philippines — Sa kauna-unahang pagkakataon ay ipatutupad ng Commission on Elections (Comelec) sa nalalapit na Barangay at Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) elections ang anti-dynasty provision.

Ayon kay Comelec spokesman James Jimenez  kailangan na ilagay ng mga SK candidates sa kanilang certificates of candidacy o COC na wala silang relasyon sa mga kasalukuyang barangay officials at elected government official.

“It’s a declaration under oath so if they’re found out they can be disqualified and they’ll have problems with the fact that they lied under oath,” ani Jimenez.

Matatandaang pinirmahan ni dating pangulong Noynoy Aquino ang Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015 kung saan kabilang ang anti-dynasty provision.

Tiniyak ng Comelec na nakabantay sila sa anumang “violence” at “vote buying” sa araw ng halalan lalo pa’t gagawin dito ang manual voting.

Dagdag pa ni Jimenez babantayan din ng Comelec at poll watchers ang mga lalabag at magtatangkang mang-impluwensiya ng botante.

Aniya, may sensyasan at pagbibigay ng nakatuping papel na maaaring mang-impluwensiya ng botohan.
