WATCH: Kai Sotto on prospect of playing abroad

MANILA, Philippines — High school prospect Kai Sotto had been turning heads in the local hoops scene.

Last week, he did it again. Although this time, he did it internationally. Oh and the kid kicked it up a notch, too.

The 7-foot-1 Sotto was named into FIBA Asia’s Mythical First team after the tournament that saw his team punch a ticket into the Basketball World Cup. 

Now that the youngster from Ateneo de Manila High School is generating buzz, pundits and fans alike are asking a question in unison: Is there plans for him to go abroad for greener hooping pastures?
