Bike-riding gunmen kill 2 in Quezon

MANILA, Philippines — Two persons were killed in a gun attack by motorcycle-riding men in Quezon on Sunday.

Porperio Cometa and Efren Simera were on their way to Sitio Mayapyap at around 8 p.m. when they were shot in Barangay Bukal Norte, Candelaria, Quezon.

In Pampanga, Harol John Martin, 28, a resident of Barangay Pasinao, Candaba, was driving his motorcycle when he was shot in Arenas, Arayat also on Sunday.

Martin was confined at the Jose B. Lingad Regional Memorial Hospital.

Police have yet to determine the motive for the  shootings.
