Matteo matagal pinangarap ang manakot!

Dream come true para kay Matteo Guidicelli ang makatrabaho si Direk Chito Roño sa horror movie na The Ghost Bride.

“Part of my bucketlist ‘yan, since I joined showbiz. I’ve seen a few of Direk Chito’s movies na. Mostly horror.

“Talagang nakakatakot. Nakakahanga,” ani Matteo.

Bonus for Matteo na makapareha si Kim Chiu sa project, kung saan siya ang gumaganap na ghost bride.

Si Matteo ang gumaganap na boyfriend ni Kim bilang Mayen sa movie. Mahaharap sila sa malaking problema, once ma-discover ni Clinton (Matteo) na isa palang ghost bride si Mayen.

Halos lahat ng iba pang members ng cast ng The Ghost Bride ay ngayon lang din makakasama si Matteo sa pelikula tulad nina Alice Dixson, Christian Bables, Ina Raymundo, Kakai Bautista, Mon Confiado at mag-asawang Isay Alvarez at Robert Seña na parehong veteran stage performers. 

Featured ang beteranang radio host na si Luz Fernandez at ang baguhang batang kontrabida sa The Good Son na si Jerome Ponce.

Showing in theaters nationwide, starting November 1, itong The Ghost Bride na produced by Star Cinema.

Kakai aminadong umasa kay Ahron

Twice na prominenteng napabalitang umibig ang komed­yante at TV host na si Kakai Bautista. Not at the same time, ha.

Una sa Thai actor na si Mario Maurer na nagtungo ng Pilipinas noon para mag-shoot ng pelikulang Suddenly, It’s Magic with Erich Gonzalez.

It was at that time na na-link si Kakai sa Thai na binata.

Which Kakai, now confesses, ay wala namang serious na namagitan sa kanila.

With Ahron Villena, a Star Magic talent, iba ang naging akala niya sa kanilang naging relasyon, since, ayon nga kay Kim Chiu, best friend ni Kakai, they would often travel together here and abroad.

Until nga, in an interview, Ahron made a declaration, nang matanong ang tungkol sa tunay na relasyon nila ni Kakai na: “there was never an us.”

Come to think of it. Nasaan kaya si Ahron sa kasalukuyan? Bakit suddenly ay parang nawala siya sa eksena ng showbiz?

Kakai, on the other hand, before this soon-to-be released The Ghost Bride, was in the cast of the much-talked about big box-office hit movie, na showing pa hanggang ngayon, ang Seven Sundays.

Kakai considered it a privilege that in Seven Sundays, she had the chance to work with Aga Muhlach, Ronaldo Valdez, Enrique Gil, and Cristine Reyes, plus Cathy Garcia, who directed the movie.

And how’s her love life?

Onyok, regular student na

Sa pag-aaral muna naka-focus ngayon si Onyok (real name, Xymon Ezekiel Pineda), dating popular na batang sidekick ni Coco Martin sa kanyang top-rating series na FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano.

Regular student na siya sa isang school ‘di gaya noon na may home study program siya. As a regular student nga naman, he is treated like any regular classmate ng kanyang mga kapwa estudyante.

Kung nami-miss ni Onyok ang showbiz, ‘di raw masyado, ayon sa kanyang inang si Mary Ann, since tumatanggap pa rin daw siya ng film assignments para kay Onyok.

Kung sabagay, hindi nga ba’t featured siya sa pelikulang Loving In Tandem, na tinampukan ng former Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) housemates na sina Maymay Entrata, Edward Barber, Marco Gallo, at Kisses Delavin.

Nasa cast din siya sa Metro Manila Film Festival  (MMFF) 2017 entry, Ang Panday, co-starring him with his discoverer and mentor, his Kuya Cardo (Coco), who not only plays the title role but also the film producer and director.

Mariel de Leon, who is the country’s representative in the Miss International pageant this year, plays Coco’s leading lady.
