“To the Korean people, please accept our sincerest and deepest regrets. We wish to extend our condolences to the widow of the S. Korean national who died under police custody. We apologize to the SoKor gov’t for the death of Jee Ick-Joo,” ayon kay Presidential Spokesman Ernesto Abella.
