Bagong anti-red tape
MANILA, Philippines – Mas mabilis na pro-seso sa mga aplikasyon sa mga ahensiya ng gobyerno ang target ng bagong anti-red tape bill ni Sen. Panfilo Lacson.
Sa Senate Bill 982 ni Sen. Lacson ay nais nitong amyendahan ang Republic Act 9485 kung saan ay dapat matapos sa loob ng 3-araw ang simpleng transaksyon at 7-araw naman sa complex cases.
Ito ay bilang pagtugon sa direktiba ni Pa-ngulong Rodrigo Duterte na dapat huwag pahirapan ang mga aplikante sa gobyerno.
“It is imperative to revisit and amend certain provisions of the Anti-Red Tape Act to further enhance the efficiency of our public servants through the reduction of the number of days by which government offices must act upon on the applications or requests submitted by the public,” nakasaad pa sa bill ni Lacson.
