Developer lauds top agents and brokers

CEBU, Philippines – To express gratitude and to motivate its agents and brokers, Cebuano-owned property developer Landtraders World Properties Corporation recently recognized 20 agents and 10 realty firms based on sales generated during the year.

LWPC marketing head Kevin Perez said “it is our means of encouraging our agents and brokers to be more dedicated on their job.”

The top brokers and agents received cash rewards during the company’s “Golden Christmas” celebration held at Radisson Blu Cebu last December 8. The recognition was based on sales generated from both Parthenon Residences and Royal Garden Residences.

For the Parthenon Residences, G.T. Vertical Realty topped the list winning P300, 000. Second placer Land Asia Realty and Development Corporation received P 200,000, while Leuterio Realty and Brokerage, Be Pro Realty and Sto. Niño Realty landed on 3rd to 5th spot respectively. Each received P100,000, P50,000, and P25, 000.

Sto. Niño Realty, on the other hand, topped the realty firms under Royal Garden Residences, which received P150,000 followed by Be Pro Realty, Leuterio Realty and Brokerage, Land Asia Realty Development Corporation, and Flaminia Realty and Development Corporation, respectively. Each accordingly received P100,000, P50, 000, P25,000, and P15, 000.

Meanwhile, Rogerjohn Gopaoco of G.T. Vertical Realty landed the top spot for Parthenon Residences agents taking home P80,000. Helen Diez of Cebu Globenet Realty landed the second spot and was awarded P60,000. James Loui Sumalinog of Be Pro Realty made it to top 3 with P40,000 and Jovelyn Gopaoco of G.T. Vertical Realty on the fourth spot with a cash reward of P20,000. Ariel Sarad of Triple S Realty got P10,000 for landing the fifth spot.

Aisha Adol of Sto. Niño Realty, Eduardo Suerte of Highnoon Realty, Daryl Elaine Ebcas of Be Pro Realty, Jan Mckingley Hilado of Sto. Niño Realty, and Racquel Menchavez of Round Up Realty took the sixth to 10th place, respectively receiving P10, 000 each.

For Royal Garden Residences, agent James Loui Sumalinog of Be Pro Royalty topped the list receiving P40,000. Rogerjohn Gopaoco of G.T Vertical Realty landed second with P30,000, Ramon Gahob Jr., Archie Majestad, and Emily Carvajal of Sto. Niño Realty landed on third to fourth places, respectively. They brought home P20,000, P10,000, and P5,000 each.

Arnie Enjambre of Round Up Realty, Richard Bacus of Sto. Niño Realty, Dennis Rosos of Land Asia Realty, Lovely Ann Sacay of Sto. Niño Realty, and Jan Mckingley Hilado of Sto. Niño Realty, landed on sixth to 10th places, taking home P5,000 each.
