PNP employee shot dead

CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga, Philippines   â€“ An employee of the Police Regional Office 3 was shot dead by motorcycle-riding gunmen at his home in the city of San Fernando on Saturday.

Henry Simpauco, 47, of the regional logistic and research development division, was sitting in the garage of his house in Barangay Sto. Niño when the unidentified assailants shot him at around 5:30 p.m., said city police chief Superintendent Edilberto Petillano.

He said Simpauco died at the scene due to several gunshot wounds in the body.
