Northern Vloggers clash with MTD selection in Malapascua friendly

CEBU, Philippines — An exhibition game between the Northern Vloggers and MTD Diveshop Selection will spice up the formal opening of the 2026 Barangay Logon, Malapascua Island Basketball League today (Saturday, March 7) in the municipality of Daanbantayan, north of Cebu.

Game time is set at 4 pm.

Boss Marc, Tabaghak, OhoyyVlog, Marinong DJ, Yong Official, Einan TV, Bourama, and Boss Jem will showcase their hoop skills under the Northern Vloggers.

They will play alongside a mixture of amateur and pro cagers from the Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation, Inc. (CESAFI) and Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL).

With Kareem Alocillo as coach, the Northern Vloggers will feature veteran hardcourt star Emman Calo and former collegiate standouts Matt Flores from the University of the Philippines (UP) Cebu Fighting Maroons and Keaton Taburnal and Paulo Dalumpines, who both had stints with the Cebu Roosevelt Memorial Colleges (CRMC) Mustangs and the University of Southern Philippines Foundation (USPF) Panthers.

MTD Diveshop, on the other hand, will be reinforced by ex-University of the Visayas (UV) Lancers Patrick Cabahug and Noy Paking Delantar.

The friendly match is spearheaded by the barangay council of Logon headed by barangay captain
