One Doce Pares to hold training camp in Bantayan Island
CEBU, Philippines — Everything is already in place for the 1st One Doce Pares Camp in Bantayan Island, north of Cebu scheduled from July 12 to 26.
It’s actually part of the yearly training camp of the visiting German eskrimadors led by Grandmaster Dirk Jahnke of San Miguel Eskrima.
This time, GM Jahnke will be joined by Master Marcel Van Dongen of Doce Pares Multi-Style System from The Netherlands.
GM York Lingcay Cañete of Momoy Cañete San Miguel Eskrina, GM Chuck Anthony Cañete of Cacoy Cañete Doce Pares, and GM Gerald Cañete of Doce Pares Multi-Style System will oversee the two-week training together with Master Earl Keane Lopez.
It aims to strengthen the collaboration and unity of the three lineages of Doce Pares under the banner of One Doce Pares.
