DEDMA. A man working for a municipality texted the public relations officer of a government agency to ask about requirements for the entry of locally stranded individuals into his town. He told The EAR the message was marked seen for a long time, but no reply ever came.

The man said he was disappointed because aside from the fact that they used to work together he expected more from her as a PR officer.
