Largo, Andrin dominate Rotary Run
CEBU, Philippines — Michael Largo and Cherry Andrin emerged as the biggest winners in the 1st Rotary Run 2019 yesterday at the Terraces of Ayala Center Cebu.
Largo topped the men's 12K race in 43 minutes and 39 seconds. Joseph Emia who clocked in 44:07 finished second followed by Rain Del Corrro in third place with a time of 45:37.
In the distaff side, Andrin ruled with her time of 54 minutes and 28 seconds. Princess Jive Borneo landed at second place in one hour, six minutes and 34 seconds as Angel Estillore settled in third place with 1:06:35.
Florendo Lapiz and Geneciel Saballa lorded it over the 6K action with a time of 20:54 and 21:29, respectively.
Lapiz's closest pursuers were Ariel Saballa (21:59) and Donde Van Torres (25:27).
Saballa was trailed by Moira Erediano (25:32) and Mary Joy Castor (29:47) as second and third placers.
Meanwhile, Ruel Algufera and Jennifer Savellon topped the 3K action with a time of 12:00 and 10:18, respectively. (FREEMAN)
