Cebuana gymnasts shine in Batang Pinoy

CEBU, Philippines – Decorated Cebuana gymnast Daniela Reggie de la Pisa ended her bid in this year’s Philippine Youth Games-Batang Pinoy National Finals in Manila with a complete medal collection of gold, silver and bronze.

Dela Pisa snared gold in the rope, silver in the hoops and two bronzes through the clubs and free hand. She also got another silver through the overall individual standings of the girls 10-12 age group.

Dela Pisa, a member of the pre-juniors national team, also led Team Cebu City to a bronze medal finish in the team competition along with Jazeerah and Kristianne Ona of Labangon Elementary School.

On the other hand, Theresia Rhosse Reroma Regner grabbed four golds in the developmental level. The pride of Liloan, Cebu representing Cebu Province clinched gold in the free hand, ball, rope and the individual overall.  (FREEMAN)
