Cebu top netters join workshop

CEBU, Philippines - Cebu’s top netters joined 30 other coaches and trainers in a one-day Cebuana Lhuillier-backed USPTA Developmental Workshop the other day at the CitiGreen Tennis Resort in Brgy. Mambaling, this city.

This includes Siso siblings—Nino ,Sally Mae and Sallydine, Cebuana Lhuillier's Dyan Marie Bohol, Citigreen's Operations officer Daisy Jade Abangan, Marc Norman Enriquez, Jun-Jun Tabura and Israel Abarquez Jr.

Nino Siso said that the workshop was a good learning experience for them as they also look into coaching in the future.

These tennisters also wants to pass on their know-how in the sport to the much younger players that makes the USPTA workshop very timely.

The said workshop is the first activity to be held at the Citigreen Tennis Resort, the first ever red clay courts in Cebu City.

After the said workshop, Siso siblings and the rest of the coaching staff of Citigreen will put their newly-acquired knowledge through a month-long tennis clinic starting April 21.
