CEBU, Philippines - The Freeman-Cebu Daily News (CDN) Red Shamans hammered Sun.Star-Bombo Radyo, 77-64, for its second straight win in the Newsmen Basketball Association of Cebu (NBAC) 2013 Season yesterday at the Cebu Coliseum.
Jonas Panerio exploded with 34 points, while Peter Romanillos and Calvin Cordova scattered 16 and 11 points for the Red Shamans, who used a 26-13 rally in the third period to rip the game apart.
Juril Patiño topped Sun.Star-Bombo Radyo with 26 points followed by Phillip Cerojano with 22.
In the first game, GMA-7 routed ABS-CBN, 96-64, to also stay undefeated in two starts.Godfrey Rellin paced GMA-7 with 26 points, while reigning MVP Gabriel Bonjoc chipped in 25 markers.
