CEC teams stay hot in IPI-Online caging

CEBU, Philippines - The Cebu Eastern College Dragons sustained their sizzling run in both divisions of the 1st Omega Pro Casino Active-Online Camp Christmas Basketball League at the CEC gym.

The Baby Dragons under coach Mark del Rosario whipped Don Bosco, 58-47, to complete a three-game eliminations round sweep in the 12-under age group.

In the 15-under category, the Easternians beat Don Bosco-B for its second straight win that earned them an outright finals berth.

In the other games,  CIT-U easily clobbered Don Bosco-A, 85-62, in 15-under bracket, while Don Bosco-A walloped CIT-U, 46-28, to keep it finals hope alive in the 12-under battle.

The tournament is organized by Online Training Basketball Camp director and former PBA mainstay Mark Anthony Tallo. (FREEMAN)
