SPORTS EYE - Raffy T. Uytiepo - The Philippine Star

Runners from Western Visayas (Region VI) are always considered a threat or make it terror, either in the road or in the track oval. Well, if you think this list hereunder is unimpressive, then what is? San Juanico Bridge Run

Monsignor Alex Opiniano of the Tacloban Parish gave me a call and ask if I could direct a run in Tacloban to mark the anniversary of the Diocese. Monsignor Alex was excited when I told him we could include the San Juanico Bridge as part of the route. I’m sure we will have no problem with sponsors what with the full support of the Romualdez clan. “Basin motabang pod si Madam Imelda” said Monsignor Alex.
