Healthy Homes drubs Konstrukt Permaplast to rule UABC Mini Cup

CEBU, Philippines - Michael Cinco delivered another performance that is worthy of an MVP award, churning out 24 points as Healthy Homes trounced Konstrukt Permaplast, 77-59, to clinch the championship of the United Architects Basketball Club (UABC) Mini Cup 2012 last Sunday at the Cebu Eastern College (CEC) gym.

Oliver Maspiñas tossed in 13 markers and Christopher Manal added 10 points for Healthy Homes, which never gave Konstrukt Permaplast some breathing room after getting off to a blistering 27-16 start.

Healthy Homes kept a double-digit lead at halftime, 40-30, which they padded into a dozen markers, 65-43, after three quarters of play.

Healthy Homes sustained its free-flowing offensive in the closing minutes of the contest to come up with an unexpected 18-romp of Kontrukt Permaplast.

Bull-strong center Antonio "Jay-R" Decatoria paced Konstrukt Permaplast with 19 points.

Earlier, KnoxOut wiped out Plexibond, 68-61, to take home the third place trophy.
