Konstrukt Permaplast makes in UABC Mini Cup

CEBU, Philippines - Antonio "Jay-R" Decatoria, Jr. unloaded a tournament-best 42 points capped by the game-winning free throws as Konstrukt Permaplast ousted KnoxOut, 76-73, to clinch the first finals berth in the United Architects Basketball Club (UABC) Mini Cup 2012 last Sunday at the Cebu Eastern College (CEC) gym.

Healthy Homes, on the other hand, drew 39 points from Michael Cinco as it smothered the twice-to-beat Plexibond, 83-69, to forge a sudden-death match in their own semifinal duel.

Healthy Homes and Plexibond will clash anew this Sunday, with the winner earning the right to slug it out with Kontruct Permaplast for the championship on August 19.
