Regional tikefest at Insular Square on July 15
CEBU, Philippines - Some of the region's top taekwondo jins will once again converge in the Queen City of the South for the Regional Taekwondo Championships and the Metro Cebu Poomsae Championships on July 15 at Insular Square in Brgy. Tabok, Mandaue City.
It’s going to be a long day for all taekwondo enthusiasts as the organizers have included the kyurugi, which is the actual fight in taekwondo and the poomsae, which is the forms competition, in one event.
The kyurugi will feature novice and advanced categories for the children, junior and senior competitors.
Poomsae, on the other hand, will have the pair and team events.
The organizers will also separate the participants with colored belts from the black-belters to ensure a fair competition.
