Cebuano downhillers to compete in Guimaras

CEBU, Philippines - A bunch of Cebuano downhillers coming from different clubs have joined forces and will compete under one Cebu banner during round 2 of the Downhill Riders of the Philippines Series scheduled this Saturday in Guimaras Island.

BikePsychos is fielding in the most number of entries with five namely Jun Vidal, Ray Joshua Tan, Harold Vidal, Victor Bagano, and Dave Torno.

The rest are Zandro Fajardo and Eusebio Ravanes of OZ Racing, Noe Jabonero, Galvin Galan, Dave Chiong, and Jonathan Verga of V12 RadGear, Edsel and Randy Flores of Team Flores and Elwin “Bawing” Bucariza of Tribe Cebu.

Bucariza is the most experienced among the Guimaras-bound pedal-pushers.

Although from Dumaguete City, JR Barba and Christopher Miraflor will form part of the Cebu contingent as they are sponsored by OZ Racing.—(FREEMAN)
