Tickets for Ginebra-Meralco PBA game out on Friday

CEBU, Philippines - Tickets for the upcoming PBA Cebu Road Tour featuring the crowd-favorite Brgy. Ginebra Kings versus the Meralco Bolts slated on June 2 at the Hoops Dome in Lapu-Lapu City will be on sale starting this Friday at RC Goldline outlets in SM City-Cebu, Gaisano Countrymall and E-Mall and at The Old Spaghetti House.

The event organizers bared in a press conference yesterday at TOSH Restaurant in SM that tickets are priced at P150 for the general admission, P500 for upper box, P800 for lower box and P1,000 for ringside.

The Ginebra-Meralco showdown is the second provincial game of the import-laced 37th PBA Governor's Cup that will kick off two weeks after the best-of-seven PBA Commissioner's Cup finals between the Talk 'N Txt Tropang Texters and the B-Meg Llamados. The series is currently tied at two games apiece, with the crucial Game 5 set on Wednesday night at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Ginebra boasts of a star-studed crew that include Billy Mamaril, Robert Labagala, Nino Canaleta, Paul Rico Maierhofer, Mike Cortez, JJ Helterbrand, Enrico Villanueva, Willy Wilson, Eric Menk, Dylan Ababou and Kerby Raymund.

Meralco, on the other hand, will parade Chris Timberlake, Solomon Mercado, Asi Taulava, Chris Ross, Mark Angelo Canlas, Mark Yee, Gabriel Espinas, Paul Artadi, Mark Cardona, Gilbert Bulawan, Mark Borboran, Jason Ballesteros, Reynel Hugnatan and Dennis Daa.

It's the second PBA out-of-town sortie this year at the muli-million Hoops Dome after the Talk 'N Txt-Rain or Shine duel last March 28.

The highly-anticipated match that will surely treat the Cebuano hoop fans to another classic hardcourt entertainment is sponsored by International Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
