CEBU, Philippines - Joseph Rojo of Sacred Heart School-Ateneo de Cebu leads the race for the coveted Karter of the Year award with 42 points in the 2012 Kartzone Superkart Series at Kartzone in Brgy. Kasambagan, this city.
There's no room for Rojo to relax though as he is ahead by only two points from fellow SHS-AdC karter Jette Calderon. Tonyo Carcel of Paref-Springdale is at close third with 39 points followed by Sean Velasco with 26 points and Panpan Reroma with 15.
The sixth to 10th placers in the KOY standings are Vince Rojo and Kali Carcel with 13 points apiece, JT Gullas with 12 points, Peter Edward Lim and Wilson Ong with eight points each.
Rojo, Calderon and Carcel are also the top three finishers of the premiere KT expert division.

Panpan Reroma dominated the KT masters class with 45 points followed by Regan King (36) and Wilson Ong (20).
