Streaking QCU FC takes on Manila All-Japan in UFL

CEBU, Philippines - The rampaging Cebu Queen City United FC hopes to climb a notch higher in the overall standings as it takes on the Manila All-Japan FC today in the Second Division of the 2012 United Football League at the Bonifacio Global City Game time is set at 4 pm.

The Cebuano booters of Coach Mario Ceniza are currently at third place with 19 points on six wins, two losses and a draw.

They seek to extend their winning run to six games in a row against Manila All-Japan, which only has two victories in 10 games including a draw.

After being split into two teams last week due to their other commitment with the Aboitiz Football Cup, Cebu QCU is back in full force this time, making their chances bigger against a lightweight foe.

In UFL, QCU will wrap up its elimination round campaign against Lions Mettique Beef FC on March 31. They will return to Cebu the following day to play against Crazy Horse in the men's open finals of the 14th Aboitiz Football Cup at the Aboitiz Sports Field in Brgy. Subangdaku, Mandaue City. — (FREEMAN)
