Queen City United to conduct tryout

CEBU, Philippines - The Queen City United FC will scout for players to bolster its campaign in the second round of the United Football League (UFL) Division II this summer.

With this, QCU of Coach Mario Ceniza will conduct an open tryout on February 27 to March 2 from 6 to 8 am at the Aboitiz Sports Field in Brgy. Subangdaku, Mandaue City.

Ceniza said they will give priority to Cebuano players although they are not closing their doors to Fil-foreign booters who want to play with the team.

"As much as possible, we want to put up a solid Cebuano lineup to encourage the grassroots to train and play hard knowing they have a team to go in the future," said Ceniza. — (FREEMAN)
