Montenegro-Branzuela tops Sinulog darts

CEBU, Philippines - Steve Montenegro and Rodmar Branzuela claimed the title in the Sinulog Cup Double Darts tournament at Yayoy’s Grill and Restobar along Orchid Street, this city.

Montenegro and Branzuela did not disappoint the Cebu City Hall Employee’s Association (CHEDA) as they defeated veteran darters, Marlito Patunob and Roy Wenceslao for the title.

Dick-Dick Ramirez teamed up with little-known Val Rodriguez and they placed third overall.

Yummy Rensulat and James Canizares bagged the fourth spot.

Wennie Ocañada and Dodong Abaño along with Lito and Darito Potot ended their bid at joint fifth and sixth places.

Entoy Delfin and Joemar Amerol and the tandem of Etong Badayos and Junex Perez completed the winners’ list after sharing the next two spots of this councilor Raul “Yayoy” Alcoseba-sponsored tournament. (FREEMAN)
