Tanke nails second win in Talisay cage tourney

CEBU, Philippines - NETWORKSTanke escaped past Pooc in overtime, 82-79, to take the solo lead in the seniors division of the 2011 Talisay City Mayor’s Cup basketball tournament at the Talisay City Sports Complex.

NETWORKSTanke was lucky enough that Pooc missed several attempts in the extra period that paved the way for their second straight victory.

NETWORKSIn the SK category, Lawaan 3 bounced back from a previous defeat at the expense of sister-team Lawaan 1, 68-58.
