Quillope sizzles in Yayoy's Grill darts

CEBU, Philippines - Cebu-based Davaoeño Yoko Quillope topped the latest edition of the Yayoy’s Grill Open Singles Darts Tournament at the Yayoy's Grill and Resto Bar.

It was smooth-sailing journey for Quillope to the top, winning one game after the other including against previous leg winner Steve Montenegro.

In the final round, Quillope tamed veteran Boy Campugan, 2-1.

Benedict “Dick-Dick” Ramirez, on the other hand, improved his ranking from fourth to third edging out Montenegro.

Supported by the city government of Cebu through the Cebu City Sports Commission (CCSC) under the leadership of chairman Edward Hayco, the event is part of the local darters’ intensive preparations for the 2nd Mayor Mike Rama Darts Inter-Barangay competition. (FREEMAN)
