ANKLA vs. CRV in FYA cage final

CEBU, Philippines - Team ANKLA and CRV booted out their respective rivals to set up a championship showdown in the 3rd F. Llamas Youth Association (FYA) basketball tournament at the Sitio Manghanan open court in Brgy. Punta Princesa, this city.

ANKLA booked the first final ticket after terminating the Vikings, 85-78, while CRV advanced after kicking out Habagat, 95-89.

Phil Pardenilla and Chrissar Llegunas paced ANKLA with 16 and 14 points, respectively.

Dondon Cadungog's 24-point performance for Vikings went for naught.

Later in the night, Dexter Caballero exploded with 36 points for CRV. Ranel Patalita ably backed him up with 19 markers.

Brothers Nico and Tata Laborte led Habagat with 43 points combined.
