Cebu's Perales shines in Cebu City Darts

CEBU, Philippines - Cebuano Jerome Perales handed the Queen City of the South its first title after his team-up with Ogie Castelo of Davao emerged victorious in the classified doubles competition of the 2nd Cebu City National Darts Open at Yayoy’s Grill and Resto Bar.

Perales, one of CHEDA-Cebu City Niños bets, and Castelo survived a thrilling 4-3 victory over General Santos City’s Alvin Abe-abe and Cagayan de Oro’s Michael Bucio.

Jun Noynay of Davao and Toybatz Bandolon of San Carlos City grabbed the third spot while another Cebuano Reyden Colina, who is also under CHEDA, came out fourth together with Mark Palad.

The other CHEDA Cebu City Niños players in Odong Pamatian, Steve Montenegro, Jerous Ponce, Alvin Villa, Alan Veloso and Paul Nacua are expected to duplicate Perales and Colina’s formula to be on the winners’ circle under the other events featured in this event sanctioned by the National Darts Federation of the Philippines (NDFP).
