PAS golf today

CEBU, Philippines - The 1st PAS Executive Fun Golf Tournament will tee off today at the par-72 Alta Vista Golf and Country Club in Pardo, this city.

The tournament is an individual strokeplay event with the entry fee pegged at P2,000 per player.

At stake are prizes for the lowest gross, lowest net and runner-up for lowest in three handicap categories and the seniors’ division.

Non-members of the club will play using the Blind Callaway format with prizes at stake for the champion and runner-up.

This event is organized by the Philippine Association of Secretaries and Administrative Professionals Inc.-Cebu Chapter.

The hole-in-one prize is P20,000. Special awards will also go to the player, who is nearest the pin on hole number 6 and the most accurate drive on hole number 11.

The tournament is for the benefit of the La Bonita Foundation. (THE FREEMAN)
