Convergys reaches Inter-BPO cage semis

CEBU, Philippines – Convergys is on course to retain its title as it rammed past Calltek, 65-52, to secure a semifinal berth in the 6th Inter-BPO basketball tournament at the City Sports Club-Cebu gym.

Ronald Mabanto paced Convergys with 11 points, while Ryan Garduque and Lennart Goricho chipped in eight markers apiece.

In the other game, Omar Saycon and Giovanni Villahermosa sank 12 points each as Lexmark tamed Qualfon, 68-64. (FREEMAN)
